Coalfire Appoints Steve Deitsch as Chief Financial Officer

Brings CFO Experience at Late-Stage Growth Companies  

Louisville, Colo. – August 25, 2015 – Coalfire, a leader in cyber security risk management and compliance services, today announced Steve Deitsch has joined the company’s executive leadership team as chief financial officer. Deitsch brings more than 20 years of financial experience from a variety of high growth organizations, including privately held and multinational, publicly traded enterprises.

Prior to joining Coalfire, Deitsch was CFO of Broomfield, Colo. based Lanx Inc., a high growth privately held medical technology company, which was acquired by Biomet, Inc. late in 2013. Deitsch then became CFO of Biomet’s Spine, Bone Healing and Microfixation businesses. Before Lanx and Biomet, he held various executive finance roles at Zimmer Holdings, Inc., including two years based in Zurich, Switzerland, leading all finance and accounting functions for Zimmer’s European business. At Coalfire, Deitsch will oversee all accounting and finance functions, including its capital structure and fundraising efforts, as well as building the company’s infrastructure to support its rapid growth.
