Coalfire announced its participation at Black Hat USA held July 30 to August 4, 2016 at Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas.

Cyber Risk Leader to Sponsor and Present at the World’s Biggest Info Security Conference

Westminster, Colo. – August 1, 2016 – Coalfire, a leader in cybersecurity risk management and compliance services, today announced its participation at Black Hat USA, held July 30 to August 4, 2016 at Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas.

Coalfire will be a sponsor of the world’s largest information security conference with CEO Larry Jones in attendance. In addition to a presence at its booth (#1471) on the trade show floor, Coalfire Labs penetration tester and security consultant Marcello Salvati will give a presentation and demonstration of CrackMapExec, a tool he built and Coalfire uses for pentesting Active Directory networks.

Jones will join Coalfire’s team of consultants and testing experts at the booth to discuss best practices for improving cybersecurity, technical testing, risk management and compliance. Salvati will be providing both a presentation on CrackMapExec’s applicability and a separate demonstration of its capabilities. The presentation will be held on Wednesday, August 3 in the ARSENAL Theater at 1 p.m., with the demonstration to follow from 4—5:50 p.m.

Black Hat commences with training sessions on July 30, followed by the trade show expo and informative briefings on Aug. 3 and 4.
