Today’s AI tools can easily produce the appearance of a mature Agentic SOC, complete with agents, dashboards, confidence scores, and polished case summaries. This session looks beyond the surface to examine what actually makes an AI SOC system trustworthy. Through practical examples, John Dwyer will explore why evidence must come before narrative, how deterministic investigation rails create the right evidence object before an LLM reasons over it, and what buyers and builders should ask before trusting agentic security workflows.
